GENEREAL CONDITIONS

• Your pitch is available for you starting from 12:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and can be freely selected among the available spaces after consultation with our reception, if there is no reservation. If you are arriving after 7:00 p.m., we kindly ask that you give us a brief advance notice.
• On the day of departure, please leave your parking space not later than 11:00 a.m., otherwise we will have to charge you for the entire day.
• From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. there are special rest periods that must be observed. Driving motor vehicles is not permitted on our campsite during these periods.
• On arrival, we will hand out a guest card to every camping guest – It serves as a camping pass in order to prevent unauthorized entry by strangers and gives you free access to the campsite, the sanitary facilities and the ski/bike.
  
• Guests are requested to register at the reception.
• If the occupany rate of the campsite is low, the restaurant remains closed.
• We would like to point out that the pond at the campsite is not suitable for swimming.
• We would like to inform you that all the pitches and the mobilhome parking spaces are always charged with two full-paying guests.
• Pitch numbers or specific pitch requests cannot be guaranteed. Please include any requests when making your reservation; we will gladly consider them if possible.

PAYMENT

Please pay the remaining amount locally (on site).

We accept the following payment methods: EC-Card, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, as well as cash payments up to € 4,999. Please note that we don’t accept American Express and Diners Club.

DEPOSIT

We welcome your written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of 25% per parking space has been paid.

TOURIST TAX

The rates don’t include the tourist tax of 2,10€ per person (14+) and day, which is paid on site. It will figure separately in the final invoice.

PETS

• Dogs are welcome on the campsite Lärchwiese for an extra charge (2 per pitch). We require that you always keep your four-legged companion on a leash and dispose of any droppings
• Dogs are not allowed in the sanity building, in the restaurant, the reception or at the supermarket
• Please use the dog bath to care for your four-legged companion

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer’s Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• With a cancellation from the booking until 31 days before the day of arrival will incur processing charges of 30.00 Euro.
• With a cancellation from 30-6 days we keep the deposit.
• From 5-0 days before the start of the holiday we retain 100% of the cost of the stay.

In case of  early departure, no show or shortening of the booked stay the fee is due in full for the entire booking period (pitch+persons).

In order that you will not be charged any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out the following reasonably priced travel cancellation insurance.

CANCELLATION COVER

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you sign a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
